
Cancellation Policy
By booking any service offered by Together We Swim, you agree to be bound by this cancellation policy. ​
Please note - refunds will not be given if you wish to cancel your session

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session
​If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 1 calendar week prior to your session start date, you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via phone, message, or email. Once this request is acknowledged and processed, you will be able to request a new session at a later date - up to the same value as the cancelled session. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances. ​
If you wish to cancel less than 1 calendar week before your booked session, refunds will not be given. In extenuating circumstances, you MAY be issued with the option to transfer to a future Together We Swim sessions. Decisions to transfer bookings in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of Together We Swim Management. Proof of extenuating circumstances may be required.

If you have booked a session incorrectly and this is your error, we are unable to offer a refund. We may be able to reschedule or offer alternative session times/dates, however this is down to management discretion. If a session transfer is agreed, an admin fee of £4.50 will apply to process the change of session, and this will need to be paid before the transfer takes place.

If we need to cancel a session
​We are an all year round swimming facility. We do not offer a credit note or a refund if you choose not to come due to bad weather. If we have had to close the lake for safety reasons, e.g. high winds or lightning and therefore we need to cancel or reschedule your session we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. If we need to cancel a session due to operational reasons, such as coach availability, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to an alternative session up to the same value.
If we need to cancel a full session prior to its start date, we will offer you credit for another full session, or a refund. If we need to cancel a part of your session, while it is in progress, due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, we will offer you credit for another full session at no additional cost. ​
Together We Swim are not responsible for additional costs associated with cancellations by us. E.g. - travel and hotel costs. ​
