Cancellation Policy

By booking any service offered by Together We Swim, you agree to be bound by this cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session -

If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 1 calendar week prior to your online booked session start time, you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via phone, message, or email. Once this request is processed, you will be able to request a new session at a later date - up to the same value as the cancelled session. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

If you wish to cancel less than 72 hours prior to your booked session start time, you will be issued with a 25% refund of the amount you have paid. In extenuating circumstances, you MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future Together We Swim sessions. Full refunds will not be issued. Decisions on the issue of credit in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of Together We Swim Management. Proof of extenuating circumstances may be required.

If you have booked a session incorrectly and this is your error, we are unable to offer a refund. We may be able to reschedule or offer alternative session times/dates, however this is down to management discretion.

If we need to cancel a session -

We are an all year round swimming facility. We do not offer a credit note or a refund if you chose not to come due to bad weather, unless we have had to close the lake for safety reasons, e.g. high winds or lightning. If we need to cancel or reschedule your session we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

If we need to cancel a full session, we will offer you credit for another full session. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. If we need to cancel a part of your session due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, we will offer you credit for another full session at no additional cost.

Together We Swim are not responsible for additional costs associated with cancellations by us. E.g. - travel and hotel costs.
