Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking a class with Together We Swim, or attending a swimming session with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in government regulations or our practices. Any such changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. Outdoor swimming is a risky activity, and you must adhere to the rules of the site, and follow the instructions provided by the coach and site owner. We cannot be responsible for your wellbeing and safety if you do not adhere to coaches' advice or instructions, nor disclose information that would affect your swimming ability.
2. You agree you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with your GP prior to and regarding your participation in outdoor swimming. If you have any concerns about the impact of outdoor swimming on your physical or mental health, you may wish to discuss your participation with your GP. Please inform your coach if we need to take account of any pre-existing or current conditions.
3. You agree that the coach, organisers and associated supporters of this session will not be held liable for my personal safety during the session. I am fully responsible for my actions and insurances during such session. I hereby agree to assume and accept all risks of injury. 
4. You agree to accept full and complete responsibility for your own actions while participating in outdoor swimming and you further acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating. Therefore, you agree to take full responsibly for any and all risks, injuries, damages, known or unknown, which you may incur as a result of your participation.
5. You agree and understand that this Agreement is intended to be a complete unconditional release of liability and assumption of risk to the greatest extent permitted by law.
